Is it just me..

or does it feel like summer is going to end really soon. Okay, I know it is but its august already, and it doesn't seem like I've done anything. Which I actually have done lots of things. It is still usually hot here up until september, then october it gets cold and colder until february. Then, march isn't really spring, its like hot maybe, then in april like this year is snows. Hmm. I envy people who live in LA. My uncle has just moved out there (He lived in england then went to missipi - okay I cant spell today) and i'm thrilled because I can go out to LA next year and visit him! He is working for FOX tv and his like the vice president and he will work on 'avenue of the stars' (the road) sounds intresting. I should be working my butt off to promote this site, I will when I know my how where what why when.
But yay I realised i'm going New york in december so I can shop and shop. I've only been there once and that was last year, we was gonna go this year in may again, but it will be different going in the cold! I lush my hotel so much. wooo.

New I.D "i - smoulder" Review

EDIT: I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THEY DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY BUT IT COSTS £20 OVERSEAS. OUCH. THATS $40 FOR YOU GIRLS. BUT NO WORRIES, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT FIND SOME ON EBAY.

You guys probably haven't heard of "new I.D" it is cool make up brand. They don't sell it in any shops though it would be cool if they did. They keep it very simple and sweet. Celebrities get products from there like Myleene Klass. They sell all around the UK. But it may be hard to find where one is, and how to get there etc. But no worries you can order online! Sorry gals, but I don't think they ship anywhere else. I thought they did in europe, I thought it said that on the site, but I can't find it at the moment BUT I will find out for you and hit back at you.

A few months ago I went for a photoshoot session thing in London, and when you entered the shop-looking place they have a hairdressers and make up then downstairs is the photoshoot part, but you can just go in there for your haircut, or buy make up. They used the New I.D products on me and I looked really really nice (has you should expect on a photoshoot) and then the make up artist gave me a card with the make up she used on me (Its a pity I can't show you, I don't know where it is) Anyway I loved the foundation but it wasn't out yet, and still isn't, so I'm like.. waiting. But they used "i - smoulder" one side is a eyeliner the other is a eyeshadow and you can create the smokey look with that. So I had to buy one (well my mum did haha) and it has lasted all this time! I use it daily, and its very subtle not at all OTT. I used to use black you see, and you learn mistakes in beauty.

First impression: I thought "Cool" when the lady put it on me, but when I saw what it looked like, I thought it was pretty neat!

What does it do?: Creates perfect smoky eyes every time. This pencil features a unique angled twist-up eyeliner at one end, for a thick, sexy line. At the other end is a matching cream eye shadow with a sponge applicator for a professional smoky eye finish.

What I think: Its absolutly perfect for me! I love it love it love it.

Pros: Works great, stays on for long.

Cons: Nothing!!!


Overall: This baby is infact £12.50 but it's defently worth it 100%

YSL Touche Eclat Review

Name: Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat

What does it do?: To hide flaws, pimples etc (basically a concealer)

First Impressions: One of my relatives gave it to me, and the name is quite odd, you wouldn't think it would be a concealer.

What I think: I think its great! I don't tend to buy concealer, I use my foundation. But this is defently worth the £22.50 (note: I didnt pay for it). It's great for covering up bits you don't like! I wasn't so keen on the push button underneath it release the liquid but it isn't messy at all. Probably because it is "designer" make up.


Pros: Works well, lasts well, covers well

Cons: Price, and sometimes it can get a tad oily

Overall: I think if you have alot of cash or just want to splash out on a very good concealer, it is for you. Altogether for some people it doesn't work, maybe it is because they put it on wrong, I don't know. It is amazing on the eyes and brightens them up. Only put a little on because less is defently more with this product. I'm not sure if I will buy this again, due to the price, but obviously if I find it for less, I will! This product lasts a long time aswell which is superb.

Avon mark, love it

When I started to watch the hills I loved Lauren Conrad's look, clothes, make up, everything. When I found out she used stuff from avon, mark I really wanted to try their stuff out. But, obviously I couldn't buy it, it was only released in America (and canada?) so I searched everywhere ages ago, so now its just ebay for me. I think mark's make up looks absolutly gourgeous! I've got my eye on alot of things, lets just hope, mark comes out for the UK.

L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara Review

One of my new reviews, L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara:

Name: L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara (Brown)

What does it do?: More defined lashes, No clumping, seperates lashes

First Impressions: It took me ages to find the brown one. But I finally managed to find it in a massive boots store. I used it, and I have to say its pretty neat.

What I think: I thought at first, wand it very different from my other mascara, or any other. It is very fine but its a very simple shape and works on your lashes great. I read reviews before that made me buy this. It is good that this product worked, or wise i'd of wasted £9. But this is what happens in the beauty industry. I don't use it daily, has sometimes it can look too dramatic, even the brown shade. I use it at the corner lashes too, which is great for the smokey look. After I bought this I saw the clear version, which I want to get too. Clear for daily and the normal for nights. Well, Im gonna start saving!

Pros: Works fabulously

Cons: Price

Overall: If your a mascara girl or you want to find the perfect mascara, you should buy it. Or even use your friends to check it out.

Long time.. no blogging

Hey guys,
sorry I have not done much blogging, to be honest, it got quite boring in the end, and I was focusing on summer.
I came back from my holiday in turkey about 9 days ago. It was an amazing holiday and I wish I could of stayed longer.
I have lots of reviews to do, but bare with me.
I really wish I lived in America, but hey London is quite fab but in America theres much more beauty products to try, in the end only 20% of those come to the UK. Which kinda sucks.
Maybe has you can tell, Im on my six weeks holiday, well five actually, they changed it this year. I love the sleep for starters. Its not that cold (I havent been in england for that long has I went to Great Yarmouth for 5 days) but the sun shines. I know people say they dislike english weather, but I dont mind, probably because I've gotten use to it. The sun does actually shine, you know!
